About the role

BrightMart Solutions is preparing a major app store launch and needs an AWS Cloud Engineer to align mobile and backend services. You will ensure the cloud environment supports rapid feature delivery, high availability, and secure data flow between the app and APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable VPC architecture for mobile‑backend traffic
• Configure CI/CD pipelines that integrate CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Docker for automated deployments
• Set up API Gateway and Lambda functions to expose backend endpoints to the mobile app
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with CloudWatch and X‑Ray
• Collaborate with mobile developers to fine‑tune latency and bandwidth usage
• Document infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or Terraform

Must-have skills

• Hands‑on experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)
• Proficiency in Docker containerization and orchestration
• Strong DevOps mindset with automated pipeline creation
• Linux system administration and scripting

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile backend frameworks (e.g., Amplify, AppSync)
• Knowledge of security best practices for mobile data
• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC
