Key Responsibilities

  • Copy and paste content from various sources into our content management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
  • Review and edit content for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, as well as consistency in formatting and style.
  • Collaborate with the content team to refine and finalize content for publication, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Utilize data entry skills to input content into our database, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide customer service support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve content quality and relevance.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our content management system, leveraging its features to streamline the content creation process.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas and insights to enhance our content offerings.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting strategies to optimize content engagement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to our company's data protection policies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Experience with content management systems, preferably with knowledge of HTML and CSS.
