Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of customer emails, prioritizing responses and ensuring timely resolutions

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilize email management software to track and manage customer emails
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services
  • Identify and escalate potential customer service issues to the relevant teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improving customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an email support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in email management software and data entry tools
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
