Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and manage online content to ensure it meets our quality and integrity standards.
• Review and evaluate content for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Identify and remove inappropriate or offensive content, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for our users.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless content delivery.
• Develop and implement content moderation guidelines and policies.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with our technical team to resolve any technical issues related to content moderation.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' content needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of content strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of content moderation activities.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on content moderation best practices.
• Assist in the development of content style guides and tone of voice guidelines.

Requirements
