About the role

BrightMart Solutions is building a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a GraphQL API Developer to design, implement, and optimize GraphQL services that surface real‑time operational metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and extend GraphQL schemas to support new analytics use cases
• Integrate GraphQL resolvers with existing NodeJS micro‑services and REST APIs
• Implement data‑fetching optimizations, batching, and caching strategies
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure pipeline reliability and latency goals
• Write comprehensive tests and documentation for API contracts

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building production GraphQL APIs
• Proficiency in NodeJS and REST API integration
• Familiarity with React for client‑side query consumption
• Understanding of data modeling and performance tuning

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics platforms such as Looker or Tableau
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for API deployment
