Key Responsibilities

• Editing and retouching images to achieve a polished, high-end look that aligns with the Lumina brand aesthetic.
• Collaborating with the design team to develop and maintain a consistent visual style across the platform.
• Utilizing advanced techniques in Photoshop and other image editing software to optimize image quality and file size.
• Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure that all edited images meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in image editing, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our visual content.
• Providing constructive feedback and guidance to junior team members, contributing to the growth and development of the design team.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality edited images.
• Communicating effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure that design concepts and changes are clearly understood and implemented.
• Maintaining accurate records of edited images, including file versions and revisions.
