As a Simple Translator at NexGen, you will be an integral part of our translation team, working closely with project managers, editors, and other translators to ensure the timely delivery of accurate, engaging, and culturally relevant translations. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, language developments, and cultural nuances, applying this knowledge to improve translation quality and relevance.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on translation best practices, project planning, and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of NexGen's products, services, and brand voice, ensuring that translations accurately reflect the company's message and values.
- Proofread and edit translations to ensure error-free delivery, adhering to NexGen's quality standards and style guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members, providing progress updates, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Stay organized, maintaining accurate records of translations, projects, and deadlines, and utilizing project management tools to track progress and collaborate with team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve translation processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, and implementing solutions to enhance quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in language, grammar, and cultural studies.
- Proven experience in translation, preferably in a technical or corporate environment, with a portfolio of translations that demonstrate accuracy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity.
- Fluency in one or more languages, with excellent writing, reading, and comprehension skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Proficiency in computer-assisted translation tools, terminology management software, and other translation technologies, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
