Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive user experience strategies for mobile applications, ensuring they align with project goals and user needs.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitor products to inform design decisions.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile apps.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and QA, to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our mobile app designs.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in usability testing and A/B testing to validate design assumptions and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all relevant parties.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the professional development of the design team.
• Manage design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to extend our design capabilities and capacities as needed.
• Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX design for mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expertise in UX design principles, human-centered design, and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator), and InVision.
• Excellent understanding of mobile app design patterns, platform guidelines (iOS and Android), and the ability to adapt designs accordingly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
• Experience with usability testing and A/B testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of design systems and their implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
