About the role
Ridgeline Software is launching a sprint to automate its CI/CD pipeline and streamline platform releases. We need a .NET Core developer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune automation scripts that accelerate build, test, and deployment cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and code .NET Core services that integrate with Azure DevOps for automated builds.
- Create reusable pipeline templates and YAML definitions for multi‑environment deployments.
- Implement automated testing hooks and quality gates within the CI flow.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to containerize services and manage secrets.
- Monitor pipeline performance and iterate to reduce release time by at least 30%.
Must-have skills
- Strong experience with .NET Core and C# development.
- Proficiency in Azure services, especially Azure DevOps and ARM templates.
- Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD concepts, pipelines, and automation tools.
- Ability to write clean, testable code and documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes containerization.
- Familiarity with PowerShell or Bash scripting for automation.
- Background in monitoring tools like Azure Monitor or Grafana.
