About the role

DataPro Services is seeking a Prompt Engineer to design and refine prompts for a cutting‑edge generative AI platform. You will work closely with data scientists to translate business objectives into effective prompt strategies that drive high‑quality outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and iterate prompts for large language models across multiple use cases.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts into pipelines.
• Analyze model responses and fine‑tune prompts for accuracy and relevance.
• Document prompt patterns, best practices, and performance metrics.
• Provide rapid troubleshooting for prompt‑related issues during deployment.

Must-have skills

• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with JavaScript for API interactions.
• Understanding of REST API design and consumption.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt‑engineering frameworks or libraries.
• Background in NLP evaluation techniques.
