About the role

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer to craft, test, and refine prompts for our generative AI products. The project focuses on improving response quality and consistency across multiple language models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate prompts for LLMs to meet specific business outcomes.
• Conduct systematic testing and A/B experiments.
• Analyze model outputs and fine‑tune prompts for accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate prompt pipelines.
• Document prompt patterns and best practices.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with prompt engineering for LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of JavaScript for integration tasks.
• Understanding of REST API communication with AI services.
• Ability to evaluate model outputs critically.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Experience in NLP evaluation metrics.
