About the role
AlphaEdge Tech is launching a greenfield SaaS product with a fully remote team. We need a QA Software Tester to design, execute, and maintain testing processes that ensure a high‑quality release. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and UX designers to embed quality early in the development cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for new features
- Implement automated UI tests using Selenium
- Perform exploratory, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate in sprint ceremonies to define acceptance criteria
- Track defects, verify fixes, and provide clear reporting
Must-have skills
- Strong experience in manual and automated QA
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver
- Solid understanding of test automation frameworks
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience testing SaaS or cloud‑native applications
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman
