About the role

Keystone Digital is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. We need a REST API Developer to redesign core services for zero‑downtime deployments while keeping existing traffic uninterrupted.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new REST endpoints in NodeJS
• Migrate legacy logic to PostgreSQL with minimal service impact
• Set up feature flags and blue‑green releases for seamless rollouts
• Write automated tests and monitor API health in production
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure zero‑downtime deployment pipelines

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building REST APIs with NodeJS
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization
• Familiarity with zero‑downtime deployment patterns

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling for automated releases
