About the role

Ridgeline Software is expanding its operations analytics platform. We need an AWS Cloud Engineer to design and implement scalable data pipelines that empower ops teams with real‑time insights.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy end‑to‑end data pipelines on AWS using services like Kinesis, Glue, and Redshift.
• Containerize processing workloads with Docker and orchestrate them via ECS/EKS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with data analysts to define schema, validation, and monitoring.
• Ensure security, cost‑efficiency, and high availability across the pipeline.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with core AWS services (S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC).
• Strong Docker containerization and orchestration knowledge.
• Proven DevOps practices: CI/CD, IaC, monitoring.
• Linux system administration and scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience with streaming analytics (Kinesis, Kafka).
• Familiarity with data warehousing (Redshift, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of Python or Scala for data processing.
