About the role

DataPro Services is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and automate zero‑downtime deployment workflows across our cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a blue‑green and canary release strategy for the existing monolith.
• Build reusable pipeline templates in GitLab CI/CD and integrate with Helm charts.
• Migrate legacy scripts to container‑native Docker builds and Kubernetes manifests.
• Implement automated rollback and health‑check mechanisms to guarantee zero‑downtime.
• Collaborate with developers to embed security scans and compliance checks.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years designing CI/CD pipelines for production workloads.
• Deep expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, CodePipeline).
• Proven experience implementing zero‑downtime deployment patterns.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana.
• Background in legacy system refactoring.
