About the role

Cascade Apps is modernizing its operations data pipeline and analytics platform. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist – Data Pipeline Enablement to design, deploy, and optimize containerized workloads that feed real‑time insights to operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect scalable Kubernetes clusters on cloud providers tailored to high‑throughput data ingestion
• Containerize ETL components using Docker and implement Helm charts for repeatable deployments
• Set up CI/CD pipelines that automatically test and roll out pipeline updates
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with data engineers to align infrastructure with analytics requirements

Must-have skills

• Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
• Strong DevOps mindset with automation and scripting proficiency
• Understanding of data pipeline architectures and streaming workloads

Nice to have

• Experience with Helm, Terraform, or similar IaC tools
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS EKS, GCP GKE, or Azure AKS
• Knowledge of monitoring stacks like Prometheus/Grafana
