About the role

BrightMart Solutions is launching a critical integration project linking billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, deploy, and optimize container orchestration that ensures seamless data flow and high availability across services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement Kubernetes clusters tailored to integration workloads
• Containerize existing services with Docker and establish CI/CD pipelines
• Configure service mesh and networking for secure inter‑service communication
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine‑tune resource allocation
• Collaborate with backend and API teams to align deployment strategies

Must-have skills

• Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Strong DevOps mindset and automation expertise
• Understanding of API gateways, service discovery, and security best practices

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Helm charts and Terraform
• Experience integrating billing or CRM platforms
• Knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana
