About the role

Pinecrest Systems is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a seasoned Frontend React Developer to lead the UI overhaul, ensuring fast load times and rock‑solid stability across browsers.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing React codebase and pinpoint performance bottlenecks.
• Refactor components using React hooks, lazy loading, and code‑splitting.
• Implement robust state management to reduce unnecessary renders.
• Integrate profiling tools and set up automated performance regression tests.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize data fetching patterns.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years building production‑grade React applications.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques (memoization, virtualization, SSR).
• Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI pipelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Next.js or Gatsby for static rendering.
• Understanding of Web Vitals and accessibility standards.
