About the role

BlueSky Ventures seeks a Senior Identity Access Management Specialist to design and implement robust IAM solutions for a critical internal platform. The project focuses on consolidating authentication mechanisms, enforcing least‑privilege access, and integrating with existing cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce IAM policies across AWS and on‑premise environments.
• Design role‑based access controls and entitlement reviews.
• Integrate SSO, MFA, and federation services with corporate directories.
• Conduct security assessments of existing access configurations.
• Automate provisioning and de‑provisioning workflows using IaC tools.
• Document architecture, procedures, and compliance evidence.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with AWS IAM, Azure AD, and SAML/OIDC.
• Strong knowledge of zero‑trust principles and least‑privilege models.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Hands‑on experience with identity governance tools.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with privileged access management solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for security integration.
