About the role

We are launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. As a MongoDB Specialist you will design and implement data pipelines that ensure seamless data flow across systems while maintaining high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Model and optimize MongoDB schemas for cross‑system data exchange
• Develop ETL scripts and aggregation pipelines to sync billing and CRM records
• Create secure API connectors that read/write to MongoDB collections
• Monitor replication, sharding, and indexing to meet latency targets
• Document data models and integration patterns for the engineering team

Must-have skills

• 5+ years hands‑on MongoDB design and administration
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning
• Experience building API integrations with Node.js or similar runtimes
• Proficiency in JavaScript and JSON data structures
• Understanding of billing and CRM data flows

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud‑hosted MongoDB services (Atlas, Cosmos DB)
• Exposure to event‑driven architectures or message queues
