About the role

NovaForge Tech is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay live 24/7. We need a Terraform Engineer to design and implement infrastructure as code that supports zero‑downtime deployments while improving reliability and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify AWS environments using Terraform modules.
• Integrate Terraform pipelines into existing CI/CD workflows.
• Implement blue‑green and canary strategies for seamless updates.
• Collaborate with developers to refactor legacy resources into reusable code.
• Conduct automated testing and validation of infrastructure changes.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience with Terraform on AWS.
• Strong grasp of DevOps principles and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to design zero‑downtime deployment patterns.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terragrunt or Terraform Cloud.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Prometheus.
