Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice overs for a variety of productions, including commercials, animations, documentaries, and video games.
• Collaborate with our team of producers, directors, and writers to develop and refine scripts and storyboards.
• Provide voice over direction and guidance to other team members, as needed.
• Participate in recording sessions, either in-person or remotely, and ensure that all recordings are of the highest quality.
• Edit and mix voice over recordings, as needed, to ensure that they meet our high standards.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand and tone, and ensure that all voice over work aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously develop your skills and expertise as a Voice Over Artist.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and advertising.
• Participate in client meetings and pitches, as needed, to provide voice over services and support.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all voice over work, including scripts, recordings, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new and innovative voice over services, including virtual reality and augmented reality productions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Voice Over Artist, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent vocal skills, with the ability to convey a range of emotions and tones.
• Strong understanding of storyboarding and scriptwriting principles.
• Experience with audio editing software, such as Adobe Audition or Pro Tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to take direction and feedback, and to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with virtual reality and augmented reality productions, or a willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, with the ability to align voice over work with brand guidelines.
• Certification in voice over or a related field, or a willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
