About the role

Northbay Systems is launching a brand‑new greenfield SaaS product. We need a TypeScript Developer to shape the core front‑end architecture and deliver a polished user experience for a remote‑first team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable UI components using Angular and React
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into clean TypeScript code
• Set up state management, routing, and API integration layers
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Angular, and React
• Experience building responsive, accessible web applications
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and async data handling
• Good understanding of version control (Git) and CI pipelines

Nice to have

• Knowledge of server‑side rendering (Next.js or Angular Universal)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) in a SaaS context
• Background in performance optimization and bundle analysis
