TypeScript Developer Needed for Cloud-Native E-commerce Platform

About the role

BrightMart Solutions is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a TypeScript Developer who can fortify APIs, enforce strict typing, and integrate security best practices into our CI pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing TypeScript codebases for security vulnerabilities and type safety gaps
• Implement strict linting and static analysis rules tailored to cloud environments
• Refactor critical services to use typed interfaces and defensive programming patterns
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed security checks into automated deployments
• Document hardening guidelines and conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions for the team

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with 3+ years of production experience
• Hands‑on experience securing Node.js/Express services in AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and secure coding standards
• Ability to write unit and integration tests for security‑critical code

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular or React front‑ends in a cloud context
• Knowledge of container security tools (e.g., Trivy, Snyk)
• Certification in cloud security (e.g., AWS Security Specialty)
