Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice-overs for a variety of projects, including commercials, animations, documentaries, and corporate videos.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and deliver voice-overs that meet the desired tone, style, and quality.
• Prepare scripts, rehearse, and record voice-overs in a professional recording studio or home studio setup, ensuring high-quality audio output.
• Work with directors and producers to refine voice-over performances, taking feedback and adjusting delivery as required.
• Develop and maintain a wide range of characters and voices for various projects, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, meeting deadlines and delivering top-quality work consistently.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in voice-over recording and editing software.
• Utilize software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Pro Tools for recording and editing voice-overs.
• Manage and organize recording sessions, including scheduling and coordination with other team members.
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts for voice-over projects, bringing innovative thinking and creativity to the table.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Maintain open communication with the production team regarding project progress, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
• Closely follow project briefs, style guides, and brand identities to ensure voice-overs align with client expectations and company standards.
• Ensure all work is delivered on time, meeting deadlines and milestones as outlined in project plans.

Requirements

• Professional experience in voice-over work, with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility and range.
• Excellent vocal skills, with the ability to convey emotion, adopt different accents, and maintain consistent tone and quality.
• Strong understanding of recording techniques, editing software, and post-production processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with voice-over recording and editing software, such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Pro Tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret scripts and direction.
• High level of creativity, with the ability to bring scripts to life through voice and performance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with excellent IT skills.
