I will begin with a discovery session to understand your users, document types, business questions, security requirements, expected response style, existing systems, and the workflows where an assistant can save time without removing human oversight. The solution can support policies, manuals, contracts, knowledge-base articles, product documentation, internal procedures, reports, or other approved content, depending on your use case and access boundaries. I will help plan the retrieval-augmented generation workflow, including document ingestion, text extraction, chunking, metadata, indexing, semantic retrieval, keyword retrieval where useful, citation behavior, prompt structure, response guardrails, and fallback handling when the source material does not contain an answer. I can integrate an appropriate language model through your preferred provider, connect the assistant to an existing web interface or internal tool, and organize the implementation so model configuration, prompts, retrieval settings, and business rules can be maintained without unnecessary complexity. Privacy and reliability are central to the engagement: I will discuss data retention, permission boundaries, sensitive content, tenant separation, access logging, prompt-injection risks, unsupported questions, and escalation to a human reviewer. Before handover, I will create representative test questions, compare answers against source documents, check citation quality, measure retrieval failures, review refusal behavior, and document known limitations and recommended improvements. Deliverables can include an AI assistant workflow, document-processing setup, retrieval and prompt configuration, integration guidance, evaluation examples, safety checklist, usage notes, and clear technical handover documentation. The work will be collaborative and transparent, with scope and access confirmed before implementation, regular progress updates, and a practical final walkthrough.
